Then immerse yourself in Module 1 of the course, titled “The Mind of the Communicator”. At the end of it, you will have learned how to recognize and deflect negative perceptions and use the “ladder of inference” to advance positive communication and understanding.
At the end of Module 2, “Effective Communication in Action”, you will have learned about effective listening, inquiring, and speaking as well as practiced these newly honed skills. Both modules include practical scenarios where you will be called to identify and apply the best solution possible.
